By booking a pick-up & delivery order, you agree to the following:

• Dryer-safe items only. All items submitted must be safe to machine wash and machine dry. We are not responsible for damage, shrinkage, colour run, or wear caused by drying items that are not dryer-safe, and it is the customer's responsibility to flag any items requiring special care before drop-off or pick-up.
• General liability. We take reasonable care with every order, but we do not accept liability for damage, shrinkage, or colour transfer arising from the condition of the fabric, pre-existing wear, embellishments (zips, sequins, buttons, etc.), or items not suited to standard commercial washing and drying processes.
• Pre-existing damage. Items are not inspected for pre-existing damage, stains, or wear prior to washing. Any such condition is not our responsibility.
• Pockets & belongings. Please check all pockets and remove personal items before your laundry is collected. We are not responsible for items left in pockets or lost as a result.
• Weight & pricing. Wash, Dry & Fold orders are charged based on the weight confirmed at our facility, billed in 5kg increments, which may differ from the estimate provided at booking.
• Delays. Pick-up and delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Uncollected or undeliverable orders. If we are unable to deliver an order due to no one being available at the nominated address, we will attempt to make contact to arrange a new time. Orders unclaimed after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
• Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery, by cash or card.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from a pick-up & delivery order is limited to the value of the affected item(s) or the cost of the service, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
